      This application is a windows based image editor, which can manage, view and edit jpeg, bmp and png images. It has two modules like Manager and Editor. Through the Manager module, the images can be organized well, thumbnails can be created and viewed and various batch functions like rename, resize and water marking can be performed. The Editor module provides all standard editing functionalities like colour manipulation, crop, rotate, resize, water marking, redeye reduction etc.

The library is to be utilized in the project for a photo-sharing website and the technology developed allowed images to be downloaded from the website. The application is targeted at end-consumers of BREW-enabled mobile phones within the United States who wish mobile access to their photo album, to share their photo album with others, or access to other users' photo albums.
